APG series bevel cutting machine also called marine type outer plate cutting machine,is designed by our company to meet the need of the development of ship building.It's aim to the V-type immobile bevel cutting and changeable bevel cutting,meanwhile can compensate the cutting angle. The guding ideology of this design as following:Improve the automaticity, reduce the intensity of labor, and increase the production efficiency on the premise of ensuring the cutting quality. APG series CNC Bevel cutting machine is a new design machine.Its overall looks nice, lighter, smaller accelerate force,smooth operation, high speed and to be used widely.The Lifting system adopts the hold-in range, lead screw driving and double guide pillar guiding. the cutting torch lift stably and have dual protection function of limited switch and software limited so that ensure the cutting quality and the safety of the torch. Rotary torch adopts the structure of rotation plus deflection, that's to say, transversal direction rotate+45, longitudinal direction deflect+45. The compound of rotation and deflection degree can achieve the geometric curve immobile and changeable bevel cutting .The initial point of both transversal rotation and longitudinal deflection are the workpiece cutting point. This structure not only protect from interwist of plasma cable and trachea but also can overlap cutting point and deflection point so that not lead to the deflection of the cutting degree. There're initial alignment and anti-collision devices on the cutting torch base, in this way, the plasma cutting torch work safer.
